On the right track with the new batch. Braces for all the bottoms have been manufactured and glued on. All bodies have been crack glued and cleaned from old braces, bottoms and tops have been thinned out.

The braces in the bottom are simple and can be glued with a curved caul, the top braces will be glued in my new Go-bar jig. To get longer opening time for the hot hide glue, I use a heat lamp in addition to the heat gun. The finished clamp packages can easily be moved away for the next one when all clamps are in place. I think the finished clamp packages are a bit sculptural :-)
