Some repairs

Two fine guitars passed the workshop this week. A Sundberg that has been exposed to drought and a nice old Hagström electric guitar. The frets on the Sundberg guitar stuck out and had a small "Korean hump" at the bottom of the fingerboard. The paint had developed a crack in the center joint below the stable as well, but it was only a hairline crack in the paint itself. …

GG116 Swedish harp guitar 1922 made in Norrtelje

I found this at a flea market in Örnsköldsvik in the summer of 2017. In the picture I see that it cost SEK 250! Looked interesting albeit a little primitive. It was built as a harp guitar with 6 extra bass strings, but someone had removed the extension of the head and converted it to a regular guitar. Unusual enough…
